By using the taibat platform, you agree to comply with the terms listed below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Terms of Use

Users must be at least 18 years old and commit to using the platform only for legal purposes and not attempting to damage the system infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code and designs developed remain the intellectual property of taibat until full payment is made, after which ownership transfers to the client as per the contract.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payments are made according to the milestones agreed upon in the quote. If a project is cancelled by the client, compensation for work already completed must be paid.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

taibat is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from the use of the system, or temporary downtime caused by third-party service providers (e.g., servers).

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the platform.
